5. Booking Appointments

a. Appointment Scheduling: You can schedule appointments through our app. We strive to accommodate your preferred time and date, but we cannot guarantee availability.

b. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment through the app. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees, depending on the timing and circumstances.

6. Payments

a. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking.

b. Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By using our app, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviral Trendz Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
